Things that help me with pain management


Ginger Tea

Whenever I felt bloated or have bad stomach cramps I would crush a small piece of fresh ginger(skin peeled ), pour hot water,  add a tea bag and some sugar. You will definitely feel a bit relieved once you sip this tea.

Peppermint Tea

I tried this too but I had more relief with the ginger tea.


Heating bag

Place it wherever it hurts on you belly.The sensation of heat will help distract with the pain as well as help with bloating.


Gas X

This helped me when I had a bad case of gas attacks but I didn't take it for long.


Eating a bland diet

Avoiding fatty foods and eating bland food for a day.


Exercise

I walk everyday for 30 mins on the treadmill  on the days when I'm not too sick.


 Meditation

I have been trying mindful meditation for couple of days but tits too early to report on this. There are many videos on Youtube if you want to give this a try.
